Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Vasse Valley. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We deliver our products using Australia Post – eParcel. The Australia Post – eParcel system provides full tracking capability of your order from time of despatch until delivery and receipt.
Orders over $90 and under 5kg
Orders over $90 and up to 5kg are free using eParcel, unless Express Post is selected in which case a flat rate of $12.00 is applied.
Orders over $90 and over 5kg
Orders over 5kg will be charged a flat rate of $35 for regular eParcel post and $55 for Express Post.
Orders under $90
Orders under $90 include a fee of $7.90 for regular postage and handling and $12.00 for Express Post.
International orders
For international orders the following rates apply using regular post:
- Up to 500g – $25.00
- Up to 1kg – $38.00
- Up to 2kg – $50.00
- Up to 5kg – $69.00
- Above 5kg – $99.00
Delivery times
Express Post orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
Regular Post orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.
Orders must be placed before 6pm to be counted as placed during that business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order processing delays that are outside of our control can occasionally occur. If processing of your order will be delayed by more than 3 days we will contact you directly.
Regular post
Australia Post estimates shipping times may be up to 14 days from the date of shipment, but it is generally sooner. The shipping times are dependent on your location within Australia.
International shipment may take up to 60 days.
Express post
Australia Post guarantees delivery within 2 business days anywhere in Australia within the Express Post Delivery Network. Note that 1 day is required to process your order, so Express Post orders will generally take 3 days to arrive.
Delivery delays that are outside of our control can occasionally occur and Vasse Valley is not accountable for such delays.
