We all have at least one guilty food pleasure. That's why we love having some chocolate as a healthy and tasty afternoon treat. With so many choices and flavours of chocolate, this batch of delicious Chocolate Raspberry Slice is made with our very own Australian Grown Vasse Valley hemp hearts. This Chocolate Raspberry Slice is also packed with added hemp & pea plant protein, fibre and healthy fats. The medjool dates also give this little recipe a nice natural sweet taste and kick!

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup Vasse Valley hemp seeds
  • 2tbs vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup raw cacao
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
- LIBBY'S METHOD
  • Whizz nuts seeds, dates & cranberries
  • Then add everything else and whizz until a paste forms.
  • You can make a slice or roll into balls
  • And ENJOY!!!
