All you need are some, fried eggs, avocado, melted brie cheese, and a sprinkle of hemp dukkah on wholewheat pita bread, then warm in the oven for 10 mins and served hot!
Key ingredients:
- 2 eggs, cooked to your liking
- Brie cheese
- Sprinkle of Hemp Dukkah
- Avocado
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Spread a pizza base with your choice of relish, tomato base, or pesto
- Top with cooked eggs, brie, avocado and a good sprinkle of dukkah
- Bake for 10 minutes or until brie is melted.
