This recipe has been provided by Vasse Valley ambassador Candy Luk - @nourishandflourishsyd, who loves starting her weekend morning with this easy but super yummy breakfast pizza!

All you need are some, fried eggs, avocado, melted brie cheese, and a sprinkle of hemp dukkah on wholewheat pita bread, then warm in the oven for 10 mins and served hot! 

Key ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, cooked to your liking
  • Brie cheese
  • Sprinkle of Hemp Dukkah
  • Avocado

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Spread a pizza base with your choice of relish, tomato base, or pesto
  3. Top with cooked eggs, brie, avocado and a good sprinkle of dukkah
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until brie is melted. 

Who said pizza is only for dinner!
