Here is my recipe:
1 cup cooked quinoa
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
1/4 cup dry roasted hazelnuts and slivered almonds (mixed)
1 handful parsley chopped
100g of roasted or grilled chicken breast or 180g tofu
@vassevalley roasted hemp seed
Dressing: 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
